- use the ActiveX control for development without a license
- lend, hire out, or lease the ActiveX control license
- alter, translate, decompile, or disassemble the ActiveX control
A transfer of the 1Way license is only permitted when the Licensee retains no copies and the recipient declares his acceptance of the conditions of this agreement.
